Positives: Star Gem is a spacious and comfortable cruiser, ideal for couples. A full sliding canopy over the saloon creates the perfect setting for open-air cruising and alfresco dining with the sun on your back. Freestanding armchairs add an extra level of comfort and relaxation. The aft cabin features a permanently made-up double bed with an en-suite shower room. Additional conveniences include a microwave and 240-volt electrics, making this an exceptionally well-equipped boat for two.
Negatives: There are comments about the bed being cramped for those over six foot in height. Not a walk-around bed. Be aware that your side view over the reed-fringed banks on forward drive cruisers is limited. This is the trade-off for more headroom at bridges across the Broads.
