Hickling

Moor free in the dyke leading up to the Pleasure Boat Inn. The dyke can be found at the far end of Hickling Broad. WCs close to Pleasureboat Inn

Horsey

Moorings along the dyke at the far side of Horsey Mere. £8 for overnight stay. WCs and shower.

Rise and fall: Nil.

West Somerton

Free mooring along the dyke leading up to the village, beyond Martham Broad. Moorings are just a short walk from the village centre. Refuse bins.

Rise and fall: Nil.

Potter Heigham (above the bridge)

Free moorings are available along the opposite side to the Norada public house. Public toilets nearby.

You can moor for free along the riverside moorings just before the bridge. Note that the last part is given over to those waiting to take on the bridge pilot for passage through the low bridge. Extensive free mooring is also available inside the Herbert Woods Boat Hire basin. Pass under the footbridge to enter. Toilets and showers at Herbert Woods boatyard. Refuse bins close to the pilot's office.

Ludham

Not to be confused with Ludham Bridge on the River Ant, free moorings are available during the day with a charge of £5 for overnighters. You will find the moorings by travelling up the dyke leading from the River Thurne to Womack Water. Public toilets and refuse bins are nearby. A 10-minute walk will take you into the heart of the village.

Thurne

Moorings along the dyke leading to the Lion Inn are free during the day but a charge of between £7.50 and £10.00 is made for overnighters. WCs nearby.
